This homestay has been created from an 150 year old traditional mansion of the Kodianthara family. The house is set in a sprawling area of lush greenery with fish ponds, narrow meandering canals, ayurvedic and vegetable gardens, rubber plantations and coconut groves. The architecture is traditional but has been innovated with all modern amenities. The hosts are adept at providing tasty cuisines of Kerala and also hold cookery demonstrations for those interested.
