``Its almost five years since we discovered this land, tucked inside the forest, away from the prying eyes of civilisation, in the sleepy hamlet of meppady in Wayanad.nestling the forests on all sides, this land offered panoramic views of the mountains as far as the eyes could see. Neglected by its owners, this deserted plantation offered us an Oasis of tranquility away from the maddening chaos of city life. We started to dream about making this a special place, for people who appreciate the majesty of nature. For five years, my friend and I, passionately worked to build a small but beautiful property, where man would share space with nature and its bounties. We started to plant in right earnest - fruit trees, flowering trees, coffee, tea, nutmeg, herbs-everything we could lay our hands on-gave sustenance and nourishment to mother earth. Slowly the magic happened-flowers bloomed, the bees came and then the butterflies, and lo and behold, the place was transformed into a little tropical paradise.
